1. Who we are

Ask Me Jesus, at askmejesus.com and in the Ask Me Jesus app, is owned and operated by Alephraez Publishing And Trading Ltd., a company registered in British Columbia, Canada. Contact: support@askmejesus.com.

2. No accounts

There is nothing to sign up for. We do not ask for your name, and we do not create accounts.

3. What we keep, and for how long

Your code and the number of questions left on it, so the code keeps working.

Your questions and the answers, so a real conversation can build. The last 11 exchanges are kept, and all of them are deleted automatically after 24 hours. They are used only for the conversation and are never sold.

Usage figures, such as word counts and the cost of each answer. These contain none of your words.

A record of refunds, so the same code is not refunded twice.

We do not sell any information, and we use what we keep only to run Ask Me Jesus.

4. Your email

Giving your email is optional. It is used once, to send you your code, and we do not store it. Resend, which delivers the email, keeps a delivery record for a limited time under its own policy.

5. Payments

Payments on the website are handled by Stripe, and payments in the app by Google Play. We never see your card number. We keep only the payment reference linked to your code. Stripe and Google keep their own payment records under their own privacy policies.

6. Services that handle your information for us

DeepSeek, which produces the answers. Your questions are sent to DeepSeek's servers, which are located in China.

Brave Search, which receives a search query when an answer draws on the present-day web.

Stripe and Google Play, for payments.

Resend, which delivers the email with your code.

Railway, which hosts the site and the server in the United States.

Like most websites, our hosting service records technical logs, such as the time of each visit and internet addresses, which are kept for a limited time and are not used to identify you.

7. On your device

The site saves your code, your language choice and your tradition choice in your browser, so you don't have to re-enter them. Your tradition choice is sent with each question, to us and to DeepSeek, so that the matching documents are used. We do not store it. There is no tracking, no advertising and no analytics. Clearing your browser's data for the site removes them.

8. Age

Ask Me Jesus is for people 18 and older.

9. Deleting your data

To have your data deleted from Ask Me Jesus, email support@askmejesus.com with your code and ask for it to be deleted. We will delete the code, any questions left on it, and any conversation still stored with it, within 30 days. Conversations are deleted automatically after 24 hours in any case. Usage figures, which contain none of your words, are kept. Records of payments are kept by Stripe and Google Play under their own policies, as the law requires.
